1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Website and edit request details you enter in our forms: name, business name, email, phone number, business type, package or edit interest, and the description of what you need.
• Account information if you sign in to the billing area: your email address and authentication details handled by our authentication provider.
• Order and billing records: which package, edit, subscription or domain you purchased, amounts, dates, payment status and refund status.
• Domain details needed to register and renew a domain for you.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as your IP address, which is used for security and to serve the website.

CYWEB never receives or stores your full card number. Card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment provider.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your request and discuss your project over WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom.
• To build, edit, publish and maintain your website.
• To take payments, manage subscriptions and renewals, and issue refunds where they apply.
• To register and renew your domain and keep hosting active.
• To send you service messages such as confirmations and renewal reminders.
• To keep internal records of orders, payments and expenses for bookkeeping.

4. Who can see your information

Request and billing records are visible only to CYWEB staff through a protected admin area that requires a staff account. We also use trusted service providers to run the service:

• Stripe — payments, subscriptions, invoices and refunds.
• Our hosting and database provider — storing website content, requests and order records.
• Email delivery — sending confirmations and notifications.
• Domain registrar and hosting partners — registering and hosting your domain.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep request, order and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep accurate business records. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

6. Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
• Ask us to stop contacting you for non-essential messages.

7. Security

Access to customer records is restricted to CYWEB staff accounts, and database access rules prevent visitors from reading other people's requests or billing data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Changes

We will update this page if our services or providers change. The version shown here is the current one.
