1. About CYWEB

CYWEB is a website design service based in the Republic of Cyprus, working with small and medium-sized businesses. You can reach us by email at cyweb00@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +357 99 925492. We take WhatsApp calls and messages only — we do not take regular phone calls.

2. Services we provide

CYWEB currently offers:

• Website packages (Launch, Business, Professional and Custom) for new websites
• One-time website edits (Quick Edit, Menu Update, Website Update, Website Refresh)
• Website edit subscriptions (Basic, Professional, Premium) billed monthly or yearly
• Domain registration and hosting, billed yearly or paid upfront for multiple years
• Free technical maintenance for issues on websites CYWEB created

CYWEB does not modify or take over websites built by another company or person, and does not provide social media management, logo or branding design, photography, video production or professional content writing. CYWEB does not currently provide .cy domain registration.

3. How a project starts

Projects start with the Get Started form. We review your request and may contact you over WhatsApp, Google Meet or Zoom to confirm the package and requirements. Custom projects are quoted before any payment is taken.

4. Payment

Payments are made securely through this website using our payment provider, Stripe. CYWEB does not receive or store your full card details.

• Website packages and one-time edits are paid before the work starts.
• Edit subscriptions are paid before the subscription period begins.
• Domain and hosting is paid before the domain is registered or activated.
• Custom projects are paid at the agreed quoted price before the build begins.
• Prices shown on the website are in euro (EUR). CYWEB is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added at checkout.

5. Subscriptions and renewals

• Monthly subscriptions renew on the same date each month; yearly subscriptions renew each year.
• Subscriptions continue until you cancel them.
• If you cancel, you keep access to what you already paid for until the end of that period, and the subscription stops renewing.
• Domains and hosting renew yearly where applicable, unless you have already paid upfront for multiple years.
• Included edits in a subscription apply to the subscription period and are not stored up indefinitely.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide the content, photos, opening hours and business information needed for your website.
• Confirm that you have the right to use any text, photos or logos you send us.
• Review the website during the review call and tell us about changes you would like.
• Keep your contact and billing details up to date so renewals and messages reach you.

7. Work, revisions and publishing

After payment, your build is scheduled. We show you the website over Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp, make the appropriate adjustments, and publish once everything is approved. Additional pages beyond your agreed package are charged at €50 per page. Changes requested after a project is complete are handled as one-time edits or through a subscription.

8. Domains and hosting

When you order a domain through CYWEB, we register and connect it for you and manage the hosting and yearly billing. Registration is completed by CYWEB after payment, so there may be a short period where your domain shows as pending. Domain availability is controlled by the registry, not by CYWEB.

9. Website usage

You may use this website to learn about our services, submit requests and manage your billing. Please do not attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use, interfere with the website or its security, or submit false information. Content and branding on this website belong to CYWEB.

10. Limits

CYWEB provides its services with care but cannot guarantee specific business results, search-engine rankings or uninterrupted availability of third-party services such as registrars, hosting providers or payment providers.

11. Changes and contact
