Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

All CYWEB services are paid through this website before the work starts or the service is activated. If something goes wrong with an order, contact us first at cyweb00@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +357 99 925492 — most situations are resolved directly. Refunds, where they apply, are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method, and can be full or partial.

2. Website packages

• If you change your mind before we begin building, contact us and we will refund your payment.
• Once the build has started, we may refund a part of the payment reflecting the work not yet done.
• Once the website has been reviewed with you and published, the package payment is not refundable.
• Additional pages beyond your agreed package are charged separately at €50 per page.

3. One-time website edits

• If you cancel before we start the edit, we refund the payment.
• Once the edit has been completed, it is not refundable.
• If an edit was not delivered as agreed, tell us and we will correct it or refund it.

4. Edit subscriptions

• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing area.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to the period you already paid for until it ends.
• Payments for periods that have already run are not refunded, including edits included in the plan that you chose not to use.
• If a renewal was taken by mistake and no edits from that period have been used, contact us and we will look at refunding it.

5. Domains and hosting

• If the domain has not yet been registered, we can cancel the order and refund the payment.
• Once a domain has been registered, the registration fee is not refundable because it is paid to the registry for the full term.
• Multi-year domain payments made upfront are not refundable once the domain is registered for that term.
• Hosting is provided for the period you paid for; unused hosting time is not normally refunded.

6. Free technical maintenance

Technical issues on websites created by CYWEB are investigated and fixed at no additional maintenance charge. Customer-requested changes are not technical issues and are handled through one-time edits or a subscription.

7. How to request a cancellation or refund

• Subscriptions: cancel yourself in the billing area, or contact us and we will do it.
• Anything else: email cyweb00@gmail.com with your order details and what you would like.
• We aim to reply quickly over email or WhatsApp and will confirm the outcome in writing.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the Republic of Cyprus or the European Union.
